During my eight-month tenure at NBCUniversal Peacock, I was deeply involved in the data-driven transformation of media strategies. My role entailed integrating data lakes and crafting SQL queries to gather critical data, supporting the design of machine learning models alongside data scientists to identify valuable insights and opportunities. I accessed, processed, and analyzed extensive datasets to pinpoint key customer drivers—focusing on metrics crucial for acquisition, retention, engagement, and lifetime value. My efforts were pivotal in translating business strategies into measurable outcomes, quantifying each step of the customer journey. I created comprehensive dashboards to facilitate data accessibility and self-service across various organizational teams. Furthermore, I led presentations and distilled complex analytics into digestible insights for VP-level audiences. Additionally, I managed key client relationships, including overseeing projects for our major client, WWE, ensuring their strategic and operational needs were met efficiently.
